Beef Noodle One-Dish Meal

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1⁄2 Pound
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Green bell pepper 1 Large, chopped
  Canned diced tomatoes 15 Ounce (1 Can)
  Canned sliced carrots 14 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Canned sliced mushrooms 12 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Shredded mozzarella cheese/Shredded cheddar cheese 8 Ounce (1 Package)
  Noodles 8 Ounce, cooked, drained
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Brown the ground beef in a skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain.
Add the onion and green pepper; cook for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add the tomatoes, carrots, mushrooms, garlic powder, oregano, salt and pepper; cook for 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
Stir in half the mozzarella cheese and the noodles.
Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
