  Pork sausage 1 Pound (Bulk)
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Or More)
  American cheese 1 Pound, chopped
  Egg noodles 16 Ounce, cooked and drained
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste

Brown the sausage in a skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain.
Return the sausage to the skillet over low heat.
Add the milk and american cheese and heat until cheese melts, stirring frequently.
Stir in the salt, pepper and noodles.
