Creamy Salmon And Noodle Toss

Adapted from Sharp Microwave and Convection Cookbook.
Ingredients
  Noodles 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Hot water 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Savory chicken supreme soup packet 60 Gram
  Milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Shallots 6 , finely sliced
  Canned red salmon 440 Gram, drained (1 X 440 G Can)
  Ricotta cheese 125 Gram
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
Directions

1.
Combine noodles and water in a 2-litre casserole dish.
Cook for 14-16 minutes on HIGH.
Drain well.

Mix together chicken soup, milk and shallots in a jug.
Cook for 3-5 minutes on high stirring once.

Stir in salmon, cooked noodles, ricotta cheese and pepper.
4.
Pour mixture into 1.25-litre oval casserole dish.
5.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
6.
Serve hot or cold.
