Creamy Salmon And Noodle Toss
|Noodles||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Hot water||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Savory chicken supreme soup packet||60 Gram|
|Milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Shallots||6 , finely sliced|
|Canned red salmon||440 Gram, drained (1 X 440 G Can)|
|Ricotta cheese||125 Gram|
|Freshly ground pepper||To Taste|
|Chopped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
Combine noodles and water in a 2-litre casserole dish.
Cook for 14-16 minutes on HIGH.
Mix together chicken soup, milk and shallots in a jug.
Cook for 3-5 minutes on high stirring once.
Stir in salmon, cooked noodles, ricotta cheese and pepper.
Pour mixture into 1.25-litre oval casserole dish.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Serve hot or cold.
