Ground Beef And Noodles
|Ground chuck steak||1 Pound|
|Onion||1 , finely chopped|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped|
|Green pepper||To Taste, finely chopped|
|Beef broth||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sour cream||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Tomato paste||1 Tablespoon|
|Tomatoes||2 , peeled, seeded and hopped|
|Cooked noodles/Macaroni||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Black pepper||To Taste|
Preheat a ceramic browning plate on the highest setting for 4 minutes.
Add the beef and oil and cook for 2 minutes.
Drain off any accumulated fat and transfer to a 2-quart glass or ceramic casserole.
Add the onion, garlic, and green pepper to the casserole and cook for 2 minutes.
Add all the remaining ingredients.
Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
Stir the mixture once and rotate the dish one quarter of a turn after 3 minutes.
Taste the beef and season with salt and pepper.
