Creamy Noodle Squares
|Egg noodles||250 Gram|
|Creamed cottage cheese||250 Gram|
|Cream cheese||125 Gram|
|Sour cream||300 Milliliter|
|Eggs||3 , beaten|
|Shallots||4 , finely chopped|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Place egg noodles in a large bowl.
Cover with hot water.
Cook, uncovered, for 8-10 minutes or until tender.
Preheat oven to 180Â°C.
Mix cottage cheese, cream cheese and sour cream together.
Beat in eggs, shallots, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Combine noodles and egg mixture.
Spoon into lightly greased casserole dish sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
Bake on Low Rack for 20-25 minutes on LOW MIX/BAKE 180Â°C 6.
Grill for 3 minutes to make top crisp and brown.
Cut into squares to serve.
