Chili Bean Noodle Casserole is a very easy to prepare delicious recipe. Enjoy this amazingly delicious Chili Bean Noodle Casserole dish; I am sure you would love to share your experience with me.
  Narrow noodles 1 Pound
  Ground beef 2 Pound
  Canned chili beans 15 Ounce (1 Large Can)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mixed herbs 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Minced dried onions 4 Tablespoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Canned stewed tomatoes 14 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Medium Can)
  Burgundy wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped olives 4 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Small Can)
  Cheddar cheese 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), grated (Mild Or Medium)

Cook noodles according to directions on pkg.
While noodles are cooking, brown beef in a little oil and add the next 9 ingredients.
Simmer about 1/2 hour.
Put meat mixture into noodles and pour into a greased 2 qt. casserole dish.
Top with cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
Garnish as desired.
Excellent when served with toasted garlic bread, tossed lettuce salad, carrot & celery sticks, a light dessert and coffee.
