|Ground chuck||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Chopped onions||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Tomatoes||2 Can (20 oz)|
|Tomato soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Broad noodles||16 Ounce, cooked and drained|
|Velveeta cheese||12 Ounce, cut in to chunks|
|Sliced mushrooms||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Grated american cheese||2 Tablespoon|
Saute meat and onions; add tomatoes and soup.
Simmer for a few minutes.
Add noodles, Velveeta cheese and mushrooms.
Mix well and top with grated American cheese.
Put under broiler to melt cheese.
