Creamy Hamburger-Noodle Hot Dish
|Onion||1 Medium, chopped|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Noodles||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs), uncooked|
|Instant beef bouillon||2 Teaspoon|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Mushroom stems and pieces||4 Ounce|
|White wine/Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Tomato paste||2 Tablespoon|
|Water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Dairy sour cream||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Crumble hamburger into 2 quart casserole; add onion and garlic.
Microwave uncovered until meat is firm, 5 to 6 minutes.
Stir to break up meat; drain.
Stir in noodles, bouillon, mustard, salt, pepper, mushrooms (with liquid), wine, tomato paste and water.
Cover and microwave until mixture boils and noodles are tender, 11 to 13 minutes, stirring every 4 minutes.
Stir in sour cream.
Let stand uncovered 5 minutes.
