Cheesy Noodle Dessert
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Ground nutmeg/Cinnamon||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Raisins||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Noodles||2 Cup (32 tbs), cooked|
|Ground nutmeg/Cinnamon||To Taste|
|Sweetened fruit||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Strawberries, Blueberries Raspberries)|
Microwave cream cheese uncovered in round baking dish, 8 x 11/2 inches, until softened, 45 seconds to 1 minute; beat until smooth.
Beat in milk, sugar and eggs.
Stir in salt, 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, the raisins and noodles.
Spread evenly in baking dish; sprinkle with nutmeg.
Microwave uncovered 3 minutes; turn dish onequarter turn.
Microwave until center is just about set, 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 minutes.
Refrigerate until set, at least 1 hour.
Cut into wedges and serve with sweetened fruit.
