Cauliflower And Spinach Noodles
|Spinach||5 Ounce, uncooked|
|Hollandaise||1 1⁄2 Ounce|
Heat 1 inch salted water (1/2 teaspoon salt to 1 cup water) to boiling; add cauliflower.
Cover tightly; heat to boiling.
Cook 15 to 20 minutes or until tender; drain.
While cauliflower cooks, heat 6 cups water and the 3 teaspoons salt to boiling.
Add noodles; heat to boiling.
Boil uncovered, stirring occasionally, 7 to 10 minutes or until tender; drain.
Prepare hollandaise sauce as directed on package.
Turn noodles onto platter; arrange cauliflower in center of noodles.
Pour sauce on cauliflower and garnish with pimiento.
