Noodles With Sesame Sauce

Ingredients
  Noodles 100 Gram
  Eggs 3
  Chicken 1 , boiled and shredded
  Carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded
  Capsicum 2 , shredded
  Oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sesame 1 Tablespoon (Ground To Paste)
  Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Wine 1 Tablespoon
  Soya sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 3 Teaspoon
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Sesame paste 2 Tablespoon
  Tabasco 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Cook noodles in boiling salted water.
Wash and drain.
Let it dry.
Beat eggs and make egg omelettes.
Cut into thin strips.
Heat oil and saute chicken and vegetables.
Mix all the sauce ingredients together with water and boil.
Add sauted chicken and vegetables.
Mix well.
Place the noodles in a plate and pour over the sauce mixture.
Garnish with cut egg strips.
Serve hot with vegetable or meat dish.
VEGETARIAN VERSION:
Omit eggs.
Use boiled, shredded soya nuggets or shredded vegetarian chicken instead of chicken and follow the recipe as directed above.
