Beef Bone Noodle Alfredo
|Wide egg noodles||8 Ounce|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|20% light cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Parsley flakes||1 Tablespoon|
Cook noodles as directed.
While noodles cook, heat butter and cream in small saucepan over low heat until butter is melted.
Stir in cheese, parsley flakes, salt and pepper; keep warm over low heat.
Return drained noodles to kettle.
Pour sauce over noodles, stirring gently until noodles are well coated.
