Sausage Noodle Casserole
|Pork sausage||1 Pound, cut into 0.5 -inch chunks|
|Onion||1 Large, sliced|
|Green pepper||1 Small, diced|
|Diced celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dry chicken noodle soup mix||1 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Condensed cream of mushroom soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (Undiluted)|
|Cooked rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Combine sausage and onions in 1 1/2 -quart casserole.
Microwave 4 to 5 minutes on HIGH, or until sausage is set.
Add green pepper, celery, soup mix, soup, rice and water.
Microwave 6 to 8 minutes on HIGH, or until bubbly.
