|Medium noodles||8 Ounce (Cooked And Drained)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Whipping cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Egg yolk||1 , slightly beaten|
|Grated romano cheese/Parmesan cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Snipped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
Place butter in 2-cup measure.
Microwave on HIGH until butter melts.
Stir in cream.
Microwave 1 minute on HIGH, or until cream is warm.
Stir a little of the cream mixture into egg yolk.
Add warmed egg yolk to cream mixture, stirring with fork.
Pour sauce over steaming hot noodles.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Toss gently to coat well.
Garnish with parsley.
