Noodles With Meat Balls And Peking Sauce
|Noodles||200 Gram (Uncooked)|
|Minced meat||1⁄2 Kilogram|
|Soya sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Onion||1 , chopped|
|Bread slice||1 (Crust Removed)|
|Oil||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm)|
|Salad oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Tomato sauce||4 Tablespoon|
|Water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Corn flour||1 Tablespoon|
|Soya sauce||4 Tablespoon|
Cook the noodles in boiling water.
Wash and drain well.
Clean and wash the mince.
Cook it in boiling, salted water till tender.
When cooked remove from fire and drain the excess water.
Grind the mince to a smooth paste with salt, tablespoon soya sauce and onion.
Add bread and mix well.
Take 1 tablespoon of mince mixture at a time and shape them with your palm into round balls.
Beat the egg and dip the mince balls into the egg.
Coat the mince balls well and deep fry until brown.
Heat the salad oil, fry garlic and add all the sauce ingredients with one cup water (except cornflour, tabasco and half cup water).
Let it boil.
Mix the cornflour with half cup water and add to the sauce.
Add the meat balls and noodles.
Sprinkle tabasco or hot garlic sauce and remove from fire.
Place noodles in a serving plate, spread a little.
Pour meat balls and sauce in the centre.
Follow the instructions as given above.
Make meat balls with .soya mince instead of meat.
