Shrimp Almondine In Noodle Nests

Ingredients
  Frozen peas 10 Ounce (in butter sauce)
  Butter sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Frozen cream of shrimp soup 1 Can (10 oz), thawed
  Sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Saffron 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Frozen shrimp 1 Pound, cooked
  Slivered almonds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), toasted
  Chow mein noodle nests/3 cup hot cooked rice 4
Directions

Prepare peas as directed.
Drain butter sauce into a chafing dish and add soup, sour cream and saffron.
Blend.
Add peas, shrimp and almonds.
Heat through.
Spoon into heated noodle nests or serve with rice.
