Vegetables And Noodles

Ingredients
  Cabbage 225 Gram
  Onions 225 Gram
  Carrots 100 Gram
  French beans 100 Gram
  Capsicum 1
  Boiled noodles 150 Gram
  Ajinomoto 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Refined oil 4 Tablespoon
  Soya sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Green chilies 2
  Chili sauce 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Cut all the vegetables into long thin strips.
Heat the oil thoroughly in a vessel and add the vegetables and Ajinomoto powder. Cook on a high flame for 3 to 4 minutes.
Add the noodles, soya sauce and salt and cook for 2 minutes.
Serve hot with chillies in vinegar and chilli sauce.
Note: If you like, sprinkle some fried noodles on top just before serving.
