In saucepan mix one 10 1/2-ounce can condensed cream of mushroom soup; 1/3 cup milk; and dash bottled hot pepper sauce.
Bring mixture to boiling.
Stir small amount hot mixture into 1/2 cup dairy sour cream; return to hot mixture.
Add 12 ounces shelled shrimp, cooked; heat.
Serve over 4 ounces noodles, cooked.
