Noodle And Cottage Cheese Casserole
|Noodles||2 Cup (32 tbs), 500 ml|
|Plain yogurt/Sour cream||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), 190 ml|
|Cottage cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs), 250 ml|
|Butter/Margarine||3 Tablespoon, 50 ml|
|Parsley||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
Microwave the noodles in boiling water.
Mix the cooked noodles in a large bowl with all the remaining ingredients.
Toss together with a fork.
In summer, serve at room temperature with a green salad.
To serve hot, pour into a microwave-safe well-buttered dish, microwave 10 minutes at MEDIUM.
If not hot enough, microwave another 4 to 5 minutes.
Depending on the type of noodles used, a little more cooking may be required to make them piping hot.
