Noodle And Cottage Cheese Casserole

Ingredients
  Noodles 2 Cup (32 tbs), 500 ml
  Plain yogurt/Sour cream 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), 190 ml
  Cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs), 250 ml
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon, 50 ml
  Parsley 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Green onions 4
  Egg 1
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Microwave the noodles in boiling water.
Drain.
Mix the cooked noodles in a large bowl with all the remaining ingredients.
Toss together with a fork.
In summer, serve at room temperature with a green salad.
To serve hot, pour into a microwave-safe well-buttered dish, microwave 10 minutes at MEDIUM.
If not hot enough, microwave another 4 to 5 minutes.
Depending on the type of noodles used, a little more cooking may be required to make them piping hot.
