Noodles With Mushrooms

Ingredients
  Egg noodles 8 Ounce
  Mushrooms 1 Pound
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Toast crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Parsley 2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Cook noodles until tender; drain and rinse in hot water. Clean and chop mushrooms, stems and all. Saute in butter until almost dry. Add 1/2 cup toast crumbs, mix well, and season with salt and pepper. Put noodles in a shallow serving dish. Cover with hot mushroom mixture; sprinkle with parsley. Serve immediately.
