Vegetable Rice Noodles

My children are very fond of noodles.A quick and easy breakfast/main meal to prepare.I use vegetables in the recipe so that my children would get right nutrients along with the dish.
Ingredients
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Rice noodles 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Spring onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Ginger garlic paste 1 Teaspoon
  Celery 1 Teaspoon, chopped
  Capsicum 1 Small, chopped
  Maggie seasoning 2 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Chilli sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Tomato sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Salt and pepper 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1)In microwave safe bowl,add 2 cups of water and microwave on high for 2 minutes.
2)Add noodles and keep for 2 more minutes.
3)Drain out the excess water from the bowl.
4)In another microwave safe bowl combine oil,spring onions,ginger-garlic paste and celery and microwave for 2 minutes adding capsicum in it.
5)Add the noodles in it with maggie seasoning,tomato sauce,soya sauce,chilly sauce,salt and pepper and mix it well.Microwave for 2 minutes.

SERVING
6)Serve it hot.
