Vegetable Rice Noodles
|Water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Rice noodles||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Spring onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Ginger garlic paste||1 Teaspoon|
|Celery||1 Teaspoon, chopped|
|Capsicum||1 Small, chopped|
|Maggie seasoning||2 Teaspoon|
|Soy sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Chilli sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Tomato sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Salt and pepper||1 Teaspoon|
1)In microwave safe bowl,add 2 cups of water and microwave on high for 2 minutes.
2)Add noodles and keep for 2 more minutes.
3)Drain out the excess water from the bowl.
4)In another microwave safe bowl combine oil,spring onions,ginger-garlic paste and celery and microwave for 2 minutes adding capsicum in it.
5)Add the noodles in it with maggie seasoning,tomato sauce,soya sauce,chilly sauce,salt and pepper and mix it well.Microwave for 2 minutes.
6)Serve it hot.
