Ingredients
  Onions 4
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm)
  Tomatoes 16 Ounce
  Tofu 1 Pound
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grated mozzarella cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Onions 4 , chopped
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), minced
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Tomato sauce 30 Ounce
  Canned tomatoes 16 Ounce, broken up
  Bouillon 2 Teaspoon (Beef Flavored)
  Oregano 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Tofu 1 Pound, mashed
  Egg 1
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated
  Grated mozzarella 2 Cup (32 tbs), grated
Directions

FOR THE SAUCE Saute the onions. Add
2 CANS (15 OZ. EACH) TOMATO SAUCE
1 CAN (16 OZ.) TOMATOES, BROKEN UP
2 TSP. BEEF FLAVORED BOUILLON
2 TSP. OREGANO
1 1/2 TSP. SALT
Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer, covered, for 30 minutes.
THE FILLING
While the sauce is simmering, mix together in a large bowl
1 LB. TOFU, MASHED WELL WITH A FORK
1 EGG
1/2 CUP GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE
2 CUPS GRATED MOZZARELLA CHEESE
