Stir-fry Garlic Noodles

Ingredients
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Tablespoon, mince
  Bell peppers 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), slice
  Mushrooms 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cut
  Noodles 1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked and drained
  Oyster sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Sesame oil 1 Tablespoon
  Green onions 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a pan, heat oil till smoking.
2. Add garlic, bell peppers, mushrooms and noodles and stir.
3. Reduce heat and add some more oil if required.
4. Add oyster sauce and sesame oil and stir.
4. Add green onions and stir.

SERVING
5. Plate, garnish with chopped green onions and serve as main course.
