Beef Vegetable Noodle Casserole

Ingredients
  Noodles 1 Pound
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Large
  Green pepper 1 Large
  Lean ground beef 1 Pound
  Salt 4 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Canned cream style corn 16 Ounce
  Tomatoes/2 cans of 6 ounces each 1 Quart
  Canned pitted ripe olives 16 Ounce
  Tomato sauce 8 Ounce
  Shredded cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Cook noodles according to package directions, adding oil to cooking water. Add onion and pepper to meat in frying pan. Cook and stir until meat is slightly browned. Add remaining ingredients except cheese. Blend well. Taste and adjust seasonings. Pour into baking pan. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for about 1 hour, or until hot and thickened.
