Noodle Ring With Caraway Seed
|Caraway seed||1 Tablespoon|
|Milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Canned tuna||12 Ounce|
|Ground thyme||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Ground pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
Cook noodles according to package directions.
Drain and rinse.
Add caraway seed and 1 tablespoon but- ter.
Toss lightly; turn into greased 1 1/2-quart ring mold.
Place in pan of hot water to keep warm.
Melt remaininq butter in saucepan.
Blend in flour; stir in milk.
Cook until thick, stirring constantly.
Drain and flake tuna; add to white sauce.
Heat, stirring as little as possible.
Turn noodle ring out on hot platter.
Fill center with creamed tuna.
