Noodles Flamboyant

Ingredients
  Noodles 1 Pound
  Eggs 8
  Sugar 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Orange 1
  Grated lemon rind To Taste
  Grated orange rind To Taste
  Chopped apples 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon 1
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Cooking oil 3 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Cook noodles for 6 minutes in boiling salted water; drain.
Combine noodles, eggs, sugar, apples, raisins, lemon juice, orange juice and rinds.
Pour into 2 large baking dishes; stir in all remaining ingredients.
Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
