Noodle Cottage Cheese Scallop

Ingredients
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Celery seed 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Skim milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Low fat creamed cottage cheese 1 Pound
  Cooked wide noodles 4 Cup (64 tbs), according to package directions and drained
  Paprika To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

MAKING
2) In a saucepan, melt margarine and saute onion and green pepper for about 5 minutes.
3) Add flour, salt, and celery seed and mix. Add milk gradually and cook until thickened.
4) Stir in cottage cheese.
5) Add noodles to the sauce.
6) Take a greased 2 quart casserole and pour the mixture. Sprinkle paprika.
7) Bake it for about 45 minutes.

SERVING
8) Serve noodle, cottage cheese scallop hot.
