Hot Bean Thread Noodles

Ingredients
  Bean thread noodles 4 Ounce (110 Grams, Transparent Ones)
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Spring onions 3 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Garlic 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Minced beef 1 Pound (450 Grams)
For sauce
  Chicken stock 15 Fluid Ounce (400 Milliliter)
  Chili bean sauce 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Whole yellow bean sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Dried red chili/1 teaspoon chili powder 1
  Light soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Sesame oil 1 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1 In a large bowl of warm water, soak the noodles for 15 minutes.
2 Drain them and discard the water when the noodles are soft.
3 Cut them into 3 inch (7-5cm) lengths using scissors or a knife.

MAKING
4 Into a hot wok or pot, put 1 tablespoon of oil
5 Add in the spring onions and garlic.
6 Stir-fry quickly for a few seconds.
7 Add in the meat and stir-fry until it is cooked about 5-7 minutes.
8 Add in all the sauce ingredients except the sesame oil.
9 Cook the mixture over a gentle heat for about 5 minutes.
10 Add in the drained noodles and sesame oil.
11 Cook the mixture for another 5 minutes.

SERVING
12 Into individual bowls, ladle some noodles and sauce or transfer it into one large serving bowl, and serve at once.
