Ingredients
  Fish mince 250 Gram
  Prawn mince 100 Gram
  Soya sauce 5 Milliliter
  Oyster sauce 15 Milliliter
  Coriander roots 15 Gram
  Aromat powder 5 Gram
  Pepper 5 Gram
  Sugar 5 Gram
  Salt 5 Gram
  Corn flour 30 Gram
  Chillies 1 Gram
  Chillies 3 Gram
  Garlic 5 Gram
  Palm sugar 15 Gram
  Fish sauce 5 Milliliter
  Light soya 5 Milliliter
  Tomato 20 Gram
  Peanuts 10 Gram
  Raw papaya 50 Gram
  Spinach 50 Gram
  Glass noodles 20 Gram
Directions

-mince the meat with all the seasoning and corn flour
-shape into patties and shallow fry
- for som tam-prepare dressing and mix with raw papaya and tomatoes
-fry spinach and glass noodles
-arrange as shown in the picture

Usually you pound the Tod mun in a mortar and petsle to make it smoother, but I like your fish and prawn combination which is left chunky. Sometimes little bits of green hile in the Tod Mun is thought to be greenbeans.
