Chinese Noodles With Ginger Sesame Sauce

Ingredients
  Water 3 Quart
  Scallion 1 Large
  Ginger 1 Teaspoon, coarsely grated
  Reduced sodium soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Chinese black vinegar/Red wine vinegar 2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oriental sesame oil 2 Teaspoon
  Chinese noodles/Italian noodles, angel hair 4 Ounce (Fresh, Thin Ones)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) In a covered pot, boil the water.
2) Slice the scallion and grate ginger.

MAKING
3) Take a large bowl enough to hold noodles.
4) In the bowl Stir in soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and sesame oil.
5) Cook noodles in the boiling water for 1-2 minutes, depending on thickness.
6) Drain noodles and stir into sauce.

SERVING
7) Serve the noodles with Chinese gravy chicken.
