Ingredients
  Broad noodles 4 Ounce (1/2 package)
  Green pepper 1 Small
  Ground smoked ham 3⁄4 Pound (1 1/2 cup)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon, melted
  Canned cream style corn 20 Ounce (1 can)
  Corn flakes 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Processed cheese 4 Ounce, diced (3/4 cup)
Directions

GETTING READY
1 Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2 Lightly grease a 1 1/2 quart casserole

MAKING
3 As per the package directions, cook the noodles.
4 Cut six slices, crosswise from the narrow end of pepper.
5 Reserve them for for garnish.
6 Chop the remaining pepper.
7 In a bowl, combine ham, egg and butter.
8 Add in the noodles, chopped pepper, corn, corn flakes and cheese.
9 Transfer to the prepared casserole.
10 Bake in the moderate oven for 50 minutes.

SERVING
11 Serve, garnished with pepper rings.
