1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. In a saucepan with boiling water, cook noodles and drain.
3. In large bowl, blend cottage cheese, sour cream, and seasonings.
4. Add noodles and toss gently.
5. Into 2-quart casserole, put the tossed noodles and cover.
6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until thoroughly hot.
7. Serve warm.
