Noodles With A Crunch

Ingredients
  Spaghetti 8 Ounce
  Water 2 1⁄2 Quart (boiling)
  Cooking oil 1 Tablespoon (optional)
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Almonds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), slivered
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon
  Fresh parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Poppy seeds 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a large saucepan boil water. Add spaghetti, cooking oil and salt and cook for 11 to 13 minutes.
2) Drain out from water.
3) In a large pot or frying pan heat first amount of butter and sauté almonds until brown.
4) Stir in remaining butter, parsley and poppy seeds.
5) Mix spaghetti and toss.

SERVING
6) Serve immediately.
