Salami Egg And Noodle Skillet

Ingredients
  Wide noodles 2 Cup (32 tbs), broken
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Green pepper 1 Medium, chopped
  Cooked salami slices 1⁄4 Pound, slivered
  Pimiento 1 , chopped
  Eggs 6 , beaten
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1) In a pot, cook the noodles in the boiling salted water until tender and drain.

MAKING
2) In a skillet, heat butter and sauté onion and pepper for 3 minutes.
3) Add salami and cook until light browned.
4) Stir in pimentos and noodles, heat thoroughly.
5) Stir in the eggs, until the eggs are set.
6) Season to taste.

SERVING
7) Serve hot, sprinkle with chopped parsley, if desired.
