Creamy Cheesy Noodles

Ingredients
  Vermicelli 4 Ounce
  Boiling water 2 Quart
  Cooking oil 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Grated mozzarella cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Whipping cream 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Salt To Taste (A Sprinkle)
  Pepper To Taste (A Sprinkle)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Whipping cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven hot to 350°F (180°C).

MAKING
2) In a large saucepan boil water. Add vermicelli, cooking oil and first amount of salt and cook for 4 to 6 minutes.
3) Drain out from water.
4) Put back vermicelli into the pot.
5) Stir in next 6 ingredients to pasta.
6) Grease a 1 quart (1 L) casserole.
7) Transfer the vermicelli into it.
8) Add second amounts of cream and Parmesan cheese. Mix together.
9) Spread the mixture on the top.
10) Bake for 25 to 35 minutes until brown.

SERVING
11) Serve hot.
