Chili Noodles

Ingredients
  Medium noodles/Broad noodles 8 Ounce
  Boiling water 2 1⁄2 Quart
  Cooking oil 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1 Tablespoon
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon, cut up
  Grated medium cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  All-purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon (To Sprinkle)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven hot to 350°F (180°C).

MAKING
2) In Dutch oven boil water. Add noodles, cooking oil and first amount of salt. Cook uncovered 5 to 7 minutes until just tender.
3) Drain out from the liquid.
4) Transfer noodles back to pot.
5) Mix chili powder, first amount of butter and cheese. Stir until butter melts.
6) Grease a 1 quart (1 L) casserole and transfer the mixture into it.
7) In a saucepan add remaining butter and melt.
8) Stir in flour and second amount of salt.
9) Add milk and cook until it boils and thickens.
10) The sauce should be thin in consistency.
11) Pour the sauce over the noodles.
12) Sprinkle paprika on top.
13) Bake for about 40 minutes.

SERVING
14) Serve straight out of the oven.
