Chicken And Noodles
|Whole chicken breasts||2 (raw)|
|Special oil||4 Tablespoon|
|Thinly sliced onions||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sliced celery||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Bean sprouts||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Freshly ground black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Chicken broth||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Fine noodles||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), cooked, drained|
1 Remove the skin and bones of the chicken and cut into narrow strips.
2 In a deep skillet, heat the oil and saute chicken in it for 5 minutes.
3 Mix in the onions, celery, bean sprouts, salt, pepper, soy sauce and sugar.
4 Cook covered for 8 minutes over low heat, do not overcook.
5 In a bowl, combine cornstarch and broth.
6 Add to the skillet and stir until thickened.
7 Mix in the noodles and stir, cook for another 2 minutes.
8 Serve hot.
