Noodle Cheese Pudding
|Medium noodles||3⁄4 Pound|
|Pot cheese/Dry cottage cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Special margarine||2 Tablespoon, melted|
|Egg whites||2 , stiffly beaten|
1.Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
2.Prepare noodles in boiling water as per the package directions.
3.Strain and rinse under cold running water.
5.Whisk the yolks along with salt.
6.Put cheese, sugar and margarine and mix well.
8.Make a well in the center and put egg whites in it.
9.Take a gresed 1 1/2 quart casserole, put the mixture in it and bake for 35 minutes.
10.Serve cold in bowls.
