Ingredients
  Medium egg noodles 375 Gram (1 Package)
  Curd cottage cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Large Pieces)
  Grated cheddar cheese 8 Ounce (250 Gram, 2 Cups)
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped green onions 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Freshly grated parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

In large pot of boiling salted water, cook noodles until al dente (tender but firm).
Drain in colander.
Rinse with cold running water; drain well and set aside.
In large bowl, combine cottage cheese, Cheddar cheese, sour cream, onions and salt.
Stir in noodles and mix well.
Turn into greased 8-cup (2 L) casserole or baking dish.
Sprinkle with Parmesan and paprika.
Bake in 350°F (180°C) oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until sauce bubbles.
