Braised Noodles And Capsicums

Ingredients
  Egg noodles 1 Large
  Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying)
  Capsicums 3
  Cabbage 1⁄4 Kilogram
  Green chilies 2
  Garlic 10 Gram
  Ginger 1 Small
  Onions spring 3
  Ajino-moto 1 Pinch
  Sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Parboil noodles in boiling, salted water.
Drain and dry out thoroughly.
Heat 2 tbs of oil at a time and braise noodles in batches over medium heat, turning them swiftly.
Each batch takes 4-5 mins.
Deseed and remove membranes from capsicums and cut into large strips.
Slice garlic, ginger, chilli, onion and cabbage fine.
Heat oil and stir.
Fry all these ingredients at high heat for 3 mins.
Sprinkle ajinomoto.
Add soya sauce, sugar and salt, stir and cook for 2 mins.
Place noodles in serving dish, top them with capsicum mixture and serve hot.
