Dill Carrot Noodle Mix
|Carrots||1 Cup (16 tbs), grated|
|Onion||2 Tablespoon, diced|
|Fresh dill||1 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Garlic||1 Teaspoon, minced|
|Uncooked, enriched egg bows||2 Ounce (Cooked According To Package Directions)|
1) Take a 9-inch nonstick skillet and heat margarine in it over medium heat until bubbly.
2) Mix in rest of the ingredients except egg bows and stir fry until vegetables are tender.
3) Lower heat to low and then mix in egg bows.
4) Heat the mixture for 2 to 3 minutes until noodles are cooked well and flavors are blended.
5) Serve hot at once.
