Fresh Noodles With Sesame Paste Sauce

Ingredients
  Noodles 1 Pound (500 Gram)
  Chicken stock 1 1⁄2 Pint (900 Milliliter)
  Sesame seed paste 2 Tablespoon
  Water 4 Tablespoon
  Spring onions 4 Tablespoon, chopped
  Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Red wine vinegar 2 Teaspoon
  Chili oil 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large pot, prepare plenty of salt water.
2. Cook fresh noodles in it until they are just tender.
3. Drain noodles well.
4. In another pan, boil the stock.

FINALISING
5. Blend sesame seed paste and water.
6. Mix the remaining sauce ingredients.

SERVING
7. Pour boiling stock in 4 individual soup bowls; divide equally.
8. Add the noodles and top with sesame sauce.
