Beef Noodle Casserole

Ingredients
  Cooked green noodles 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Lean ground beef 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sherry wine 2 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Beef bouillon cubes 2
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Grated gouda cheese/Cheddar cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 450° F.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine onions, green pepper, sour cream and cheeses.

MAKING
3. In a 4-quart casserole, combine oil with onion and garlic.
4. Cook on High for 3 minutes.
5. Add beef; stir.
6. Cook on High for 4 minutes.
7. Add water, sherry, Worcestershire sauce, bouillon cubes, salt and pepper.
8. Cook on High for 3 minutes.
9. Stir 1-1/2 cups Gouda or Cheddar cheese into meat mixture.

FINALISING
10. In a 7-1/2" x 12" utility dish, place noodles.
11. Warm on High for 1-1/2 minutes.
12. Add butter or margarine and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese; toss well.
13. Pour the meat sauce.
14. Cover dish with wax paper.
15. Cook on High for 8 minutes.
16. Add remaining Gouda or Cheddar cheese and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.
17. Heat until bubbly hot.

SERVING
18. Serve hot.
