Braised Cabbage Noodles

Ingredients
  Cabbage 1 Medium
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Vegetable oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Broad noodles/Medium noodles 12 Ounce (1 Package)
  Noodles 1 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package, Medium / Broad)
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Clean the cabbage and cut into small pieces
2. Add salt and let stand for one hour
3. Squeeze off the extra liquid

MAKING
4. Heat oil in a frying pan
5. Add the cabbage and fry till golden brown
6. Cook the noodles according to the manufacturer’s instructions
7. Drain and mix with the cabbage
8. Mix well
9. Season with salt and pepper

SERVING
10. Serve hot
