Three Greens Noodles

Ingredients
  Noodles 600 Gram
  Bok choy 200 Gram, mixed
  Kangkong 200 Gram, mixed
  Chinese cabbage 200 Gram, mixed
  Light soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Oyster sauce 6 Tablespoon
  Chinese rice wine 2 Tablespoon
  Roast pork pieces 300 Gram
  Pig kidneys 2 , sliced
  Chicken livers 4 , sliced
  Sesame oil 2 Tablespoon
  Cornflour 2 Teaspoon
  Water 250 Milliliter (1/2 Metric Cup)
  Ginger root slice 4
  Crushed garlic 4 Clove (20 gm)
  Corn oil 2 Tablespoon
  Frozen peas 2 Tablespoon
  Red chili 1 , sliced
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. Cut the vegetables into two centrimeter pieces and discard the coarse stems
2. In a wok, heat corn oil and fry garlic and ginger in it, add liver and kidney and mix in cornflour solution
3. Add all the other ingredients and the cornflour mixture; take care not to overcook vegetables
4. Add in noodles, toss and stir fry until noodles are done and sauce is absorbed evenly

SERVING
5. Serve as appropriate
