Country Noodles And Ham
|Egg noodles||1 Pound (1 Package, Medium Or Extra Wide)|
|Olive oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Diced yellow onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Ham||12 Ounce, diced large|
|Sliced mushrooms||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Frozen peas||1 Cup (16 tbs), thawed|
|Chopped garlic||1 Tablespoon|
|Chicken broth||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Black pepper||To Taste|
|Sweet cream butter||3 Tablespoon|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
1) As per the directions given on the package, cook the pasta.
2) Heat the olive oil in a large pot placed over high heat. Saute he onion and hamd for 3 minutes.
3) Add the peas, mushrooms and garlic and cook for another 6 minutes. Add the chicken broth as well as the salt, pepper and butter and cook over low flame for 3 more minutes.
4) All over the noodles, spoon the ham mix. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese all over.
5) Serve hot.
