Country Noodles And Ham

Ingredients
  Egg noodles 1 Pound (1 Package, Medium Or Extra Wide)
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Diced yellow onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ham 12 Ounce, diced large
  Sliced mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Frozen peas 1 Cup (16 tbs), thawed
  Chopped garlic 1 Tablespoon
  Chicken broth 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Black pepper To Taste
  Sweet cream butter 3 Tablespoon
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) As per the directions given on the package, cook the pasta.
2) Heat the olive oil in a large pot placed over high heat. Saute he onion and hamd for 3 minutes.
3) Add the peas, mushrooms and garlic and cook for another 6 minutes. Add the chicken broth as well as the salt, pepper and butter and cook over low flame for 3 more minutes.
4) All over the noodles, spoon the ham mix. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese all over.

SERVING
5) Serve hot.
