Rice with Noodles
|Uncooked rice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Fine noodles||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Butter||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Soak rice in hot water for 30 minutes; drain.
Fry noodles in butter until lightly browned, add rice and salt, and stir to coat rice well with butter.
Add 3 cups water and cook over high heat until water is nearly absorbed.
Add more water if necessary.
Leave pan covered over lowest heat possible until rice is dry.
