Noodles with Eggs and Bacon
|Bacon strips||12 , diced|
|Noodles||1 Pound, drained, rinsed|
|Butter/Margarine||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Ground pepper||To Taste|
|Parmesan cheese||1 Tablespoon, grated|
Fry bacon until crisp.
Remove crisp pieces and drain fat from skillet, leaving about 2 tablespoons.
Toss drained and rinsed hot noodles with butter until well blended.
Pour noodles into skillet with crisp bacon pieces.
Add egg yolks and salt and pepper to taste.
Cook over medium heat for 1/2 minute to just set eggs.
Top with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
