|Leek||1 , minced|
|Fennel seeds||2 Teaspoon|
|Parsley||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), chopped|
|Light cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated|
|Butter/Margarine||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Cook noodles only three-quarters tender.
Combine pork, bread, leek, fennel seeds, parsley, and salt and pepper.
In large shallow baking dish place alternate layers of noodles and meat mixture, ending with noodles.
Beat eggs with cream and cheese.
Pour over noodles.
Dot with butter.
Bake in preheated moderate oven (350°F.) for 40 minutes, or until pork is done.
