Add 4 tbsp of oil in a frying pan. Keep the pan on a medium high flame. Place the noodles gently on the pan. Press the noodles gently to give a shape of a thick noodle cake. Keep frying while stirring the pan so that the noodles become crispy from the bottom. Transfer the noodles to a strainer to drain the extra oil. Place the noodles in a serving plate. Add 2 tbsp of oil in a frying pan, keep the pan on a medium flame. Add vegetables and stir fry for about 1 minute. Add all the sauces and mix well. Add 1 ½ cups of water and let it cook. Mix 2 tbsp corn flour with 4 tbsp water, add this mixture to the sauce to thicken it. Pour the vegetables over the fried noodles, garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot.
