Pan Fried Noodles Topped With Saucy Vegetables

Ingredients
  Hakka noodles 200 Gram (1 Pack Ching'S Secret)
  All in one sauce 3 Tablespoon (Ching’S Secret)
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon (Ching’S Secret)
  Red chili sauce 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon (Ching’S Secret)
  Oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped garlic 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped ginger 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Capsicum 1 , diced
  Carrot 1 , sliced
  Onion 1 , diced
  Broccoli 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cabbage 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diced
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Corn flour 2 Tablespoon
  Spring onion 1 , chopped (For Garnishing)
Directions

Add 4 tbsp of oil in a frying pan. Keep the pan on a medium high flame. Place the noodles gently on the pan. Press the noodles gently to give a shape of a thick noodle cake. Keep frying while stirring the pan so that the noodles become crispy from the bottom. Transfer the noodles to a strainer to drain the extra oil. Place the noodles in a serving plate. Add 2 tbsp of oil in a frying pan, keep the pan on a medium flame. Add vegetables and stir fry for about 1 minute. Add all the sauces and mix well. Add 1 ½ cups of water and let it cook. Mix 2 tbsp corn flour with 4 tbsp water, add this mixture to the sauce to thicken it. Pour the vegetables over the fried noodles, garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot.
